30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, and you’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Email us at anuheasupport@ghostcircusmerch.zendesk.com with your order number.

If approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Customers cover return shipping. (You gotta pay to send it back to us, and we'll send you the replacement.) No restocking fees tho.
HIT US UP FIRST THOUGH! Items sent back without contacting us first can’t be accepted. We need to give you the correct warehouse address to send it to, thats why.
Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know right away so we can evaluate and make it right. 🤝
Exchanges
The quickest way to swap is to:

Return the item for a refund, and

Place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with approval.

If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card company may take a little extra time to post it.
If it’s been 15 business days since approval and you don’t see your refund, please email us at anuheasupport@ghostcircusmerch.zendesk.com.
✨ Quick note: We’re often on the road touring, so sometimes processing may take a little longer than normal. Also, some items may ship separately from Hawai‘i 🌺 or California 🌴, but that won’t affect your cost.
